All decisions related to business strategy, deployment, and usage of deliverables remain solely your responsibility.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and Services immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, partners, and any other users who access or use the Site.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the course of an engagement. Confidential information does not include data that is publicly available or lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Techstuff provides Services using reasonable skill and care; however, we do not guarantee specific business results, system performance outcomes, or commercial success. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise stated.
